LeBlanc<\/i>, MFA York University, 1980. Associate Professor, Division of Design, <a href=\"https:\/\/nscad.ca\/\">NSCAD University<\/a>.\u00a0LeBlanc is an interdisciplinary designer with interests in web, user interface design, physical computing and product design. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">During the 1980\u2019s he was a regularly exhibiting artist and his mixed media drawings can be found in private and public collections in Canada, the USA and Europe. From 1998 to 2001, he worked full-time as Creative Director for ITC Learning Inc., Director of Media Design for Knowledge House Inc., and Senior Designer for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/photopoint.com\/\"><span class=\"s2\">PhotoPoint.com<\/span><\/a>, a Media Metrix Top 200 website. He returned to NSCAD full-time in 2001. In 2013 he served as a research consultant for the Information and Communications Technology Council in Ottawa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He was Visiting Professor at the School of Design, Foshan University, P.R. China in 2015.\u00a0In 2017-18 he received two research awards from Nova Scotia Business Inc. to assist local firms with their design and communications strategy.
